We encourage you to read the service descriptions before booking your appointment to help avoid any confusion.
Appointment Punctuality

-A 10-minute grace period is offered for your appointment. After that 10 minutes your appointment may be canceled. If services can still be provided, a $35 late fee will apply.  

-Blossom Tresses strives to give every appointment the time and attention it deserves, without affecting the next client’s experience. 

Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your service, please communicate your concerns during your appointment. This allows the opportunity to address your feedback and make any necessary adjustments before you leave the salon. 

No Extra Guest

To ensure everyone is accommodated comfortably, please do not bring additional guest who are not servicing to your appointment. 

Cancelation/No Show

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours before the date of your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. 

Come Prepared

-Please have all previous hairstyles completely taken down and detangled before your appointment to ensure a smooth and timely service. 

-If additional time is needed to detangle your hair, a fee will be added to your appointment.  

-In cases where the hair is excessively tangled, your appointment may need to be reschedule or canceled. 

Payment

We accept payment through credit/debit and mobile payment.

Small Kids
If your kid is under 12 years old, please contact the salon before booking.
